Description
This 32.7 acre property is located on the north side
of Conn. Route 110 (Leavenworth Road) about 200 yards west of Nicholdale
Road. It is possible to park by a gate that bounds Rt. 110 where
the Iriquois Gas Pipeline exits the property and crosses the highway
to the Nicholdale parcel. The property can also be reached by parking
at one of the Nicholdale Farm parking areas and following trails
on that property to the area where the two properties border the
