All that certain piece or parcel of land situated in the City of Shelton, County of Fairfield, State of Connecticut, shown as Parcel "B" containing 3.40 acres, more or less, as delineated on a certain map entitled "Honey Hill", a subdivision of land in Shelton, Connecticut, prepared for James Bargas, 
scale 1" = 100', dated November 1, 1973, revised January 15 1974, certified substantially correct by Charles S. Spath, Sr., R.L.S., on file in the office of the Shelton Town Clerk, more particularly bounded as described as follows:

Northerly: by land now or formerly of Pastore, as shown of map, 511.34 feet.

Easterly: by land now or formerly of Watson by an irregular line, as shown on said map, 292.63 feet.

Southerly: by land now or formerly of Galluci by an irregular line, as shown on said map, 442.83 feet;

Westerly; by Parcel "A", as shown on said map, 320.60 feet.

Together with a temporary right-of-way for ingress and egress to said parcel 50 feet in width commencing at the terminus of September Lane, as shown on said map, and running from said terminus to the northwesterly corner of said Parcel "B:; said temporary right-ort-way to be discontinued upon the extension of September Lane as a public street.
